We were in Nairn by chance, stopping by the town as we explored.this part of Scotland. We weren't sure where to have lunch but passing Naimas, realised we hadn't eaten Thai food in a while or tried Filipino cuisine, so took a punt. Another customer, also very happy with her meal, said that she was glad her daughter had persuaded her to try this relatively new restaurant. It's BYOB if ypu want alcohol. We had BBQ pork skewers with coconut rice, a sharing platter which included fantastic fried chicken, spring rolls, and dumplings. My wife also had a Ton Yum soup which got the spice levels as perfectly balanced as the rest of the meal. A family-owned business, this was a much-needed hit of spice on a cold October day. Will return!

We had such a great experience dining here! The food truly captures the comforting and authentic taste of Filipino cuisine. The pork bun (siopao) and siomai were flavorful and perfectly steamed, while the Bang Bang Chicken Satay added a nice twist with its savory flavor. The adobo was tender and well-seasoned — just like a home-cooked meal. Ughhh I’ve missed home so much. ♥️

To end the meal, the ube cake and ube ice cream were the perfect sweet treats — rich, creamy, and full of ube goodness.

Yes, the wait can be a little longer but that’s because everything is cooked fresh, right when you order it. And trust me, it’s so worth it. The sisig is perfectly crispy, packed with flavor and just the right kick. The dinuguan is rich, savory, and cooked to perfection, no shortcuts here. Their adobo is a standout!! tender, flavorful, and just the right balance of soy, garlic, and vinegar♥️And don’t even get me started on dessert. Their ube cake and custard cake is a dream, moist, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Pair it with their homemade avocado icecream and you’ve got the perfect ending to an already unforgettable meal.

I love that there’s a Filipino and Thai restaurant in Nairn! A must try especially for those that would like savory foods!

Food was extremely tasty - I had the bang bang chicken satay. A high quality level of food for a takeaway delivery and didn’t compromise on taste or customer service. Keep up the high standard.

This Filipino restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Walking in felt like stepping back n our hometown - the atmosphere is so warm and familiar. It's like finding a piece of home right here the highlands.

The food? - Absolutely amazing. Every dish we tried are full of authentic flavor. I especially love the Filipino styled chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The dinuguan, igado and classic adobo were all cooked perfectly tasted just how I remember it back home.

It's rare find place that captures both the taste and spirit of Filipino cooking so well. I will definitely be and bringing friends and family next time too.
